The CRS Coffeelands program works with coffee farmers around the world to increase their standard of living by providing technical and financial assistance to help farmers improve farming, harvesting, and processing techniques so they can meet the demands of the market. In the United States, we work with Equal Exchange and 12 other fair trade coffee companies. Any time a Catholic makes a purchase from one of these partners, they make a donation back to our Fair Trade Fund, and we invest those funds right back into farmer cooperatives around the world.
