Each time a customer indicates that they are a CRS customer, Just Coffee will donate a percentage of that purchase to the CRS Fair Trade Fund to support our work with low-income farmers and artisans overseas. In Their Own Words: Just Coffee Cooperative is a worker-owned coffee roaster dedicated to creating and expanding a model of trade based on transparency, equality, and human dignity. We strive to build long-term relationships with small-scale coffee growers to bring you a truly incredible cup of coffee.
Just Coffee is a 100% Fair Trade roaster. Why is that important? Because we believe in economic justice, not just charity. We see fair trade as a tool to change the global economy and to help equalize the disparity of wealth between countries in the global north and the global south. By our way of thinking, anything less than a 100% commitment to the model would be disingenuous. Small-scale farmers everywhere deserve a decent wage for their hard work.
