Well here it is, the CRS Fair Trade Coffee House. It’s one of the few places where you can both hear your favorite Bon Jovi covers, and serve small-scale farmers around the world!
From Crop to CupCRS works at every step in the fair trade coffee value chain to make the coffee trade fair for disadvantaged farmers, and to help Catholics bring their values to bear in the fair trade marketplace. This value chain explains the differences between the fair trade value chain and the conventional one.
Life as a Coffee FarmerParticipants will play a life-sized game and will be faced with situations and decisions coffee producers deal with every day. Players will experience states of poverty and oppression, and learn about fair trade standards.
