Please Pray and Give this Sunday
As we build solidarity through economic justice, the CRS Fair Trade program offers you a variety of ways to pray, learn, act, give (and receive!) all year long. This weekend brings a special opportunity to your parish: the Catholic Relief Services Collection that happens at Mass. The CRS Collection is an important source of funding for the Church’s efforts to provide relief and development overseas, to welcome and care for migrants and refugees, and to work on policies that promote justice and peace.
When you donate to the Collection, you give hope to Jesus in disguise, who reminds us that Christ is present in those who suffer—and in those who respond compassionately to their needs. Please be generous in this week’s Collection. Thank you.
