Check out the new crs.org website and resources
If you like this website and blog, you have some behind the scenes folks at Catholic Relief Services to thank. Peter Kaizer, Dylan Kinnett and Michelle Harrington, along with other talented folks in the web services department of CRS, have been helping CRS Fair Trade over the past couple of years to improve our technology know-how and spread the word about Fair Trade.
Their skills are also on full display with the brand new CRS.org website. Check out the new look and the user-friendly navigation. You’ll find updates on CRS’s humanitarian work overseas and our latest activities here at home. Featured right now on the home page is a new resource, Solidarity Will Transform the World by Jeffrey Korgen, which includes a chapter on the CRS Fair Trade coffee project in Nicaragua. I admit, I visited the site and found some resources I didn’t even know existed!
So poke around the new site, including the general CRS blog, to get a broad view of how CRS works to help you act in solidarity with your brothers and sisters overseas. And if you buy the book, a donation will be made by our partner A Greater Gift to the Fair Trade Fund. You can learn and give at the same time!
